Dili, January 30, 2026 – His Excellency the President of the Municipal Authority of Bobonaro, Mr. Paulo Moniz Maia, Lic.Dir., participated in an important meeting regarding the Municipal Investment Plan (PIM) 2027, aimed at ensuring that future investments are properly planned and effectively implemented.

The meeting took place at the INAP Hall, Comoro – Dili, and was led by His Excellency the Minister of State Administration, Tomás do Rosário Cabral.

Participants in the meeting included: His Excellency the Minister of State Administration, The Secretary of State for Social Communication, All Directors-General, Presidents of the Municipal Authorities (PAM), including the Administrative Post of Atauro, Secretaries for Municipal Planning Affairs, Directors of Planning, The PDIM Director, Directors of Public Works, Municipal PNDS Directors, Advisors and technical teams from the Ministry of State Administration

During the meeting, discussions also focused on service coordination and the implementation of development programs at the municipal and local levels. In addition, the official PIM 2027 calendar was presented to guide project planning for the coming year.

On the same occasion, the DG-SMAL delivered a presentation on the digitalization system of the municipal portal, which will help enhance transparency, improve service efficiency, and increase public access to information at the municipal level.

This meeting reflects the Government’s commitment to strengthening planning and promoting sustainable development throughout the country.
