Bobonaro, 28 January 2026 — The national technical team for the Minimum Conditions Assessment held a meeting with His Excellency the President of the Bobonaro Municipal Authority, Mr. Paulo Moniz Maia, Lic. Dir., the Municipal Secretary for Administration and Finance, the Secretary for Planning, the Secretary for Social Affairs, Municipal Directors, Heads of Departments, Administrative Post Administrators, as well as local authorities, including advisors and technical staff. The meeting took place at Maria Tapo Hall, Bobonaro Municipality.
The meeting was officially opened by His Excellency the President of the Bobonaro Municipal Authority, who delivered remarks regarding the presentation of the Minimum Conditions Assessment Report for Bobonaro Municipality. According to the President, the visiting team is a delegation mandated by the Minister of State Administration. This team will carry out the assessment and later conduct field visits to each Directorate to observe the progress of the work being implemented.
During the meeting, the national team also presented the report on the Minimum Conditions Assessment to the participants. At the end of the meeting, the Minimum Conditions Assessment book was formally handed over to His Excellency the President of the Bobonaro Municipal Authority. In addition, an iPad tablet was presented to the Director of NGO Services and the Municipal Portal Focal Point to support the implementation of their work activities.
